Politicians who distribute gifts and cash are only exploiting the greed of voters. The voters accept the gifts, saying their economic condition forces them to do so. The argument is unacceptable because 40 years ago, voters were sincere regardless of their economic status. Unless people discharge their moral responsibility faithfully, money power will continue to play an important role in the elections.

·          Lean from failures.

·          Discovering what does not work is a part of discovering what works.

·          Focus on the benefits from your job.

·          Sincerity and honesty should be acknowledged.

·          Talk less, listen more.
